House Elea is a newly 3 bedroom house and located on the 1st floor of a three story building. It is located 500 m from the beach and 250 m from the center of Keramoti. It can accommodate up to 8 people and as a result is considered “ideal” for a families or groups

The house has a living room and 2 sofa beds and an open equipped kitchen with a dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds as well as 1  bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there are amenities such as air conditioning in the living room, TV, fridge freezer and electric cooker. There is also Wi-Fi as well as all the equipment to prepare and serve any meal.

House Elea offers a balcony with view to the area and Barbeque.

Pricing policy

  • The price includes the cost of accommodation, sheets, blankets, towels and cleaning
  • The price is for up to 7 people and depends on the booking period. Each additional person is charged with 10 €.
  • Payment in advance. To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 3 days from the date of booking

Accommodation rules

  • Check in: 15: 00 PM (noon)
  • Checkout: 11:00 AM
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house
  • Events are not allowed.
  • Common quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00 am
  • Maximum number of people 8

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

Damage and additional stains
There is an additional charge for any damage caused to the property.

Health protection policy

  • Floors and surfaces such as counters, switches, handles and faucets are cleaned with disinfectant
  • There are disinfectants & antiseptics in the accommodation
  • All towels and sheets are washed in warm water at a temperature of at least 60ºC / 140ºF

  • The Nestos Delta is at a distance of 15 km (green flora, bird watching, hiking, etc.), the Nestos Straits at a distance of 25 km for kayaking, rafting, etc., Chrysoupoli at a distance of 15 km (with the health center and the banks) and Kavala or Xanthi at a distance of 40 km.
