Pricing policy

  • It includes the cost of accommodation, sheets, blankets, towels and cleaning
  • The price is for 8 people, depends on the booking period. Each additional person is charged with 15 €. Children under 6 are not charged (up to 2 children)
  • To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 3 days from the date of booking

  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house
  • Events – parties are not allowed.
  • Common quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00 am
