The ground floor of the residence has a living room with fireplace and 2 sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and an upstairs interior. The 1st floor consists of 4 bedrooms (3 double and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and balconies with garden views. It also includes amenities such as air conditioning (2 in the bedrooms), fridge freezer, electric cooker, TV, Wi Fi, Barbeque and all the equipment to prepare and serve any meal.

Pricing policy

  • The price includes the cost of accommodation, sheets, blankets, towels and cleaning
  • The price is for up to 6 people and depends on the booking period. Each additional person is charged with 10 €. Children under 6 are not charged (up to 2 children) and each additional is charged with 5 €
  • Payment in advance. To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 3 days from the date of booking
