Pricing policy

  • The price includes the cost of accommodation, sheets, blankets, towels and cleaning
  • The price depends on the type of apartment (from 2 to 4 people) and the booking period
  • Payment in advance. To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 3 days from the date of booking

  • Check in: 15:00 PM (noon)
  • Checkout: 11:00 AM
  • Pets are allowed by arrangement. Small size pets. A disinfection – cleaning fee of € 30 is charged, which is paid upon arrival
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the complex
  • Events are not allowed.
  • Common quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00 am
  • Maximum number of people 2-4
