Located in front of the sea and 250 m from the center of Keramoti, you will be able to reach any place in a few moments.  Villa consists of a living room, a new equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balconies with fantastic sea views. There is a lawn garden and at the back has a courtyard with barbeque, outdoor dining and kitchenette. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and 2 sofas as well as a new and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms (1 double and 3 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the sea and the garden. Last floor, 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms (1 double and 3 single beds) and a terrace. In addition, there are amenities such as  fridge freezer (2), electric cooker, washing machine, dishwashing machine, coffee machines and barbeque. We handle everything so you can simply show up and start living.

Damage and additional stains

• There is an additional charge for any damage caused to the property.
