Discover Villa Valia, a 3 bedroom maisonette which it can accommodate up to 7 people therefore it is “ideal” for families or friends who would like to spend their vacation in a seaside place. The open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish living area, overlooking the area.

Design of the villa

Nice furniture, a comfortable and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, TV, air condition in the living room are just a few of the amenities you’ll find inside this villa. Located 250 m from the beach and 350 m from the center of Keramoti, you will be able to reach any place in a few moments. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and 2 sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed. There is also a large terrace into the garden and barbeque facilities. There is a large balcony with garden view and barbeque facilities. In addition, there are amenities such as  fridge freezer, electric cooker, Wi-Fi, washing machine and coffee machine (filter and esspresso).  We handle everything so you can simply show up and start living.
